Korpa collects as little as it can. This page says exactly what is kept, where and why, and how to delete it. Questions and requests: hajdukovic.radovan@gmail.com.

Without an account

• Install id. On first start the app makes a random id (not tied to your name, phone or ads) and sends it with requests, so only you see products you entered while they wait for confirmation, and to prevent abuse.
• Scanning. The barcode is sent to our server to look up the product. Scan history stays on the phone.
• Baskets live on the phone. A shared basket's name, items and members' nicknames are kept on the server while it is shared.
• Voice. Your phone's speech recognition service (usually Google's, under their terms) turns speech into text. Korpa only gets the text and understands it on the phone; it never gets the audio.

With an account (Google sign-in)

• From Google we get your name, email address and profile picture, nothing else. We never see your password.
• Product entries and corrections: label photos, the values you entered and your confirmations of others' changes are kept with your account, so every change has someone behind it. The product facts themselves are public, as on Open Food Facts.
• Fiscal receipts: when you scan a receipt's QR code we fetch it from the Tax Administration's page and keep it with your account (shop, place, time, items and prices) to show your spending. Only you see your receipts, and you can delete them in the app.
• Links from receipt names to products are shared with everyone, without amounts, dates, places or who made them.

Who processes data

• Cloudflare: servers, database, photo storage, and the AI models that read labels and receipt names.
• Google: sign-in only.
• Open Food Facts: product data comes from there; nothing about you is sent there.

We don't sell data, show ads, or track you for advertising.

Deleting

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account deletes the account, its sessions and receipts. Product entries stay (they are facts about products) but are no longer linked to you.
• Or write to hajdukovic.radovan@gmail.com and we delete everything within 30 days.
• Without an account: uninstalling the app removes everything from the phone.
